Our Approach

I believe in helping you to become the best version of yourself, with whichever challenges you face. I have a deep-rooted belief in human potential, and am driven by witnessing transformative “lightbulb” moments in my clients. My approach emphasises the ‘here and now”, but we may occasionally seek to understand your mindset and behaviours by looking back at past situations. I take a holistic approach, encompassing your work and personal lives.

I start with the assumption that you are resourceful and we will work together to facilitate your own solutions. You will be accountable for your new strategies and I will be your advocate for self-awareness. I will always give clear, constructive and pragmatic feedback. Should you wish to, we may experiment with new behaviours and techniques in a safe and trusting environment

Coaching can be delivered in English, French or German.

Meet Richard Humphrey

I am an ICF certified coach with over 25 years experience in global businesses Nestlé, L’Oréal and Walgreens Boots Alliance. I’ve been coaching all my career, but decided to specialise 5 years ago.

I now specialise in coaching executives in complex organisations who want to finetune their leadership and advance their careers. My coaching has been informed by my experience in global organisation cultures which are complex, subjective, creative, intuitive and ambiguous. I have benefited from an international career working across multiple cultures. Prior to becoming a coach I spent 25 years in consumer goods companies in senior global human resources roles where I gained extensive coaching experience as well as setting up senior leadership development, executive education programmes.
